Shipping Policy

All the domestic orders placed through the website are shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post within 5 working days of order confirmation or as per the delivery date agreed upon at time of order confirmation. Atom Food Products ensures timely handover of the consignment to the courier company within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of order confirmation or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Atom Food Products shall not be liable for any delay caused in the delivery and such delay, if arises, shall be attributed to courier company. 

Please note that Atom Food Products shall in no way be responsible for any damage occurring to the product in course of transit to the buyer. 

Customers will receive auto-generated, timely emails for all order related queries. Delivery of all orders will be only made to the registered address as mentioned by the buyer. Atom Food Products uses Techprocess Payment Gateway for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted. 

Currently, Atom Food Products ships products within the Indian territory. International Shipments are currently unavailable.
